Plates CAN NOT be remade so please make sure you order exactly what you want. Refunds on nameplates is only half of what you paid. We can not re-sell plates so returns are not an option. If you are not satisfied with any of our other products, I ask for you to return it in full fashion as received in order to get your FULL REFUND.
